Toni Ladanyi
Toni worked for many years as a social worker, always seeking to mix and match government policy reform with practical personal assistance. Along with a strong interest in human rights and refugee and immigration issues, she brings excellent administration, co-ordination and networking skills to TJP. Since the beginning of 2005, she’s been our central office contact person, assiduously supporting and guiding all our activities.

Carmel was founder and later Executive Director of the Victorian Court Network and also of a mentor program supporting women in their transition from prison to the community. She has been a member of numerous Ministerial Advisory Committees and NGOs, a consultant to the Law Reform Commission and currently serves on the Sentencing Advisory Council and Women’s Correctional Services Council. Carmel has been included on the Victorian Honour Roll of Women.

 

Gabriela Samcewicz - ACT

Gabi was employed for many years in a range of senior public service positions including, most recently, immigration. She’s worked with advocacy groups, parliamentarians, external experts and consultants in numerous roles. She has a longstanding commitment to immigration and refugee issues.

 

Tiffany Overall (2004 Election)
Tiffany is a lawyer with a wealth of experience in grass roots campaigning and social causes. After working with A Just Australia heading up the Melbourne office, TJP was extraordinarily lucky in attracting to our cause, such an enthusiastic and extremely capable campaign manager.

Louise Doyle (2004 Election)
Louise combined with Tiffany to head our 2004 Campaign. She came from a background in public policy and philanthropy and proved a most energetic, resourceful and determined campaign coordinator whose skills were greatly needed and appreciated.
